It analyzes your uploaded CSV for follow-up gaps: contacts with no recent activity, missing phone or email, and contacts with no notes or next-step tasks. Each gap type is weighted by severity.
No. Your CSV is analyzed in your browser and discarded. We do not store your contact list. Only the score and any email you voluntarily enter are saved.
Any standard CSV export from a spreadsheet or CRM works. The tool accepts common column names for first name, last name, email, phone, and last-contact date. No special formatting required.
The score shows you which categories of contacts are most at risk. You can start fixing those gaps manually, or use Book of Business CRM to automate follow-up reminders, task workflows, and anniversary tracking so gaps do not build up again.
